Christina is a proud military veteran as well. She mentions, her favorite activity while in training was rappelling down a 40-foot wall, known as the Confidence Tower or Warrior Tower. She states, “I would do it over and over again for fun after the training part was over.” “This is one of the places where I continued to learn about myself, what I was made of, and I slowly began to realize my silent, but strong and humble leadership characteristics.”

Christina’s approach is a trauma-informed framework, psycho-educational, diverse, authentic, and anti-oppressive, and employs a plethora of theoretical frameworks to best suit her client's needs. Her goal is to assist with psycho-integration and self-actualization.

She interacts with people where they are at and leads with dignity and honesty. Christina believes authenticity leads to positive change. She states, “If society at large can take accountability, get over their ego, and integrate ourselves as a collective the world would be a better place.” Christina reports incorporating structure, empathy, cheer, and self-awareness into her sessions and her c-suite leadership style.
